We were engaged by a private client security firm with several regional offices. Its website understated the size of the business and did not build the level of trust its clients expect.

The situation
The firm operated through several regional offices, each with its own strengths and relationships. The website presented the business as smaller than it was, and for most prospective clients it was their first contact with the firm.
The wider problem
Private client security depends on trust, and clients start forming a view before the first conversation. Attention to detail matters in this field, and clients judge every touchpoint on it. A careless website raises questions about the rest of the service.
Firms that grow through regional offices often present each office separately. Clients who travel or hold assets in several places cannot easily see that one firm could support all of it.
What we found
Clients choosing a security partner want to know whether there is a trusted team near them and whether the firm can support them elsewhere. The existing website answered neither question clearly.
What we did
We rebuilt the website so each regional office is presented in its own right, with the firm's global capabilities shown above them. Every page, word and image was checked to the same standard the firm applies to its operational work.
- Each office presented individually, with global capability above
- Consistent standards across every page
- Detailed review of content and imagery
The outcome
A website that reflects the actual size of the business and shows the attention to detail clients look for.
Why it matters
For private clients the website is often the first impression. Getting it right supports trust from the start and lets each office benefit from the reputation of the whole firm.
