The engagement architecture

Intensive working sprints. Real market deployment.

Zero fluff. We do not deliver theoretical recommendations and walk away. We sit down with your partners and build the systems together.

The operating engine

We innovate by doing.
Not by delivering passive decks.

  1. 01 / Half-day

    The Commercial Diagnostic

Audit past wins, lost proposals, pricing, client feedback and delivery artifacts. Find the primary constraint.

  2. 02 / Scoped to the build

    The Working Sprints

Sit with your leadership team and build the new packages, brand, client journey or artifacts.

  3. 03 / 6 weeks

    The Live Pilot

Train your team, test the new materials on a live deal and hand over the operational playbook.

  4. 04 / As needed

    Ongoing Support & Advisory

Optional, and never a fixed package. Advisory on tap — pricing reviews, tender support, board briefings or a second pair of eyes when it matters. Scope and rhythm defined by what you need.

Two ways to engage

Start where you are.

An identified bottleneck

“We know what we need to build.”

Productize a service, define your edge, reinvent your client experience or build a bid engine. Deploy directly into a focused working sprint.

Discuss a Sprint

A practice at a growth ceiling

“We want an unvarnished audit of our firm.”

Growth has plateaued, win rates are slipping or delivery feels transactional and exhausting. A half-day Commercial Diagnostic reveals where to unlock growth.

Let’s talk

Stage 01

Half-day / Four hours

The Commercial Diagnostic

Before building anything, we identify the specific bottleneck holding your practice back. We sit with your managing partners to conduct an unvarnished audit.

  1. Revenue mechanics: billable hours versus fixed fees, proposal turnaround times and scope creep.
  2. Client experience & hospitality: onboarding speed, communication cadence and how clients consume your deliverables.
  3. Perception & edge: your website, decks and case studies against competitor positioning.
  4. Bid fitness: your CVs, past RFP submissions and tender turnaround times.

The deliverable / A Commercial Scorecard detailing the primary operational constraint and the exact sprint required to resolve it.

Stage 02

Scoped to the build

The Working Sprints

A focused, collaborative block of working sessions with your leadership team. We size it against what you actually need to produce, then build the assets and systems together.

  1. First — Audit and deconstruction. Review past engagements, separate repeatable work from custom scope and define clear boundaries.
  2. Then — Architecture and design. Build modular packages, pricing tiers, hospitality workflows, scorecards, visual IP or tender vaults.
  3. Finally — Production and stress-testing. Finalize collateral, proposal blueprints and operating procedures against live opportunities.

The deliverable / Client-facing assets and operating systems, built and stress-tested with your team.

Stage 03

Six-week deployment runway

The 6-Week Live Pilot

A strategy built in a workshop is useless if it does not work in the real market. Every sprint transitions into an operational runway.

  1. Weeks 1–2 — Team enablement. Train your consultants and sales leads to facilitate the new formats, present scorecards, practice hospitality and defend pricing.
  2. Weeks 3–4 — Live market pilot. Co-pilot an active enterprise pursuit, live tender or contract renewal using the new assets.
  3. Weeks 5–6 — Operational handover. Review conversion metrics, polish edge cases and hand over the finalized master playbook.

The deliverable / A tested operational playbook your team can execute autonomously.

Stage 04

Optional / Defined by you

Ongoing Support & Advisory

The engagement does not have to end. Some firms bring us back for a quarter, some for a few days a month, some only call when a big decision lands. Nothing here is a fixed package — we agree the scope and the rhythm against what you actually need.

  1. Advisory on call: pricing, packaging, a new service launch, or a second pair of eyes on a live pursuit.
  2. Periodic reviews: margin, win rates, client feedback and delivery health, on a cadence that suits the firm.
  3. Event-led support: a board briefing, a major tender, a partner transition or a difficult client conversation.

The deliverable / A standing relationship sized to the firm and reviewed as regularly as the work itself.
